Great pants...similar to others I have from Bylt. But I continue to notice differences in sizing between different colors of the same styles/sizes. In some, the waists are a little larger than others, the thigh tapering is tighter than others, etc.
It would be a safer bet if there was a local brick and mortar store to try on the pants and get the exact size you need.

My favorite pants from BYLT without question. I have almost every color and wear them for work damn near everyday. My favorite colors are the brown & charcoal. The blue ones are super dark and look black except in the daylight. I returned the gray ones because they ran small and didn’t care for color in person.
Nevertheless, these pants are great all around.
