Returns & Exchanges

OUR EASY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your items, we accept orders for return or exchange now at an extended time period from the date of purchase. 

We are happy to accept orders for return or exchange 30 days from the date of purchase if your items meet the following criteria:

  1. Items cannot be worn and must be in new and unused condition.
  2. Items must not be washed
  3. Items must have all original tags attached and intact.

Note - "Items must not be worn" policy applies also to underwear and all active and training shorts due to their interior liners.

Additional Returns and Exchanges Details:

Please note, that you may either opt to use your own shipping method to return your items, or you may use our shipping service for a flat package convenience fee of $10. To return using your own label, please email support@byltbasics.com for more information. 

Shipping service for items that are being exchanged is offered at no charge.

Please note, in the event you have more than one order to process at the same time as any single return, your returns must be packaged separately in their original order with their appropriately assigned return label.

LUX Fabric Wash and Care Instructions:

Our BYLT LUX fabric is made with premium quality fibers that form fit over time with washing. The LUX fabric tailors to a structured and compressed shape strengthened with each wash. For ultimate quality and care, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry on low heat.

*Note: All "Get a Free Product" or "Buy One, Get One" purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.

** FINAL SALE items are final sale and therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange.
** Please note that Gift Card purchases are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

** International orders are not eligible for exchange ** You may return your order but please note, BYLT is not responsible for any shipping costs. Please email support@byltbasics.com for a Return Authorization form.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Exchange Color/Size

  1. Select the item(s) you want to exchange and click "Return".
  2. Choose your desired new size or color.
  3. Print the provided return label and mail back the original product.
  4. Your new item(s) will be processed within 7 business days of being returned back to our warehouse.

Exchange Style

  1. Select the item(s) you want to exchange and click "Return".
  2. You'll get a credit for that item to use on the new style you wish to buy by choosing "Shop Now".
  3. Print the provided return label and mail back the original product.
  4. Your new item(s) will be processed within 7 business days of being returned back to our warehouse.
  5. Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll refund any remaining balance.

Get a Refund

  1. Select the item(s) you want to return.
  2. Print the provided return label and mail back the original product(s).
  3. When we receive your item(s), your refund (apart from any shipping costs) will be processed. Please allow up to 30 days for this to be completed from when the items were received by our warehouse.

Please Note - Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

 

SITEWIDE SUMMER SALE DETAILS:

The BYLT Premium Basics Summer Sale event takes 25% off all items sitewide (excludes gift cards and Lido Knit Shoes). All prices shown reflect full discount. No promotional codes can be used in combination with sale events.

Sale cannot be combined with other offers. All FINAL SALE items are ineligible for return or exchange. All other Last Call items are exchange only and cannot be returned for a refund.

Cannot retroactively apply to previous orders. Discount only applicable to orders placed after 12:00 pm PST 07/15/21 until promotion ends.
