You’ll then select the item(s) you wish to send back, and will also have the choice to see options for exchange if you’d like to switch for a different product.

Exchange for a different Style
1.) Select the item(s) you want to exchange. 2.) Select the reason for return. 3.) Click into the “Return item” item and then “Continue with return” 4.) You'll Receive a credit for that item to use on the new style you wish to buy by choosing "Shop Now". 5.) Print the provided return label and mail back the original Item(s). 6.) Your new item(s) will be processed within 7 business days of being returned back to our warehouse.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
1.) Select the item(s) you want to return. 2.) Select the reason for return. 3.) Click into “Return item” 4.) Click into “Continue with return” 5.) You will be prompted with your refund options. 6.) Click into “Submit return” 7.) Print the provided return label and mail back the original Item(s). 8.) When we receive your item(s), your refund (apart from any shipping costs) will be processed. Please allow up to 30 days, from the date the items were received by our warehouse, for this to be completed. 9.) Please Note - Original Shipping costs and return fees are not eligible for refund. No exceptions.

Please be sure to send your order to the address below and include the packing slip or copy of your confirmation email so we may identify your order number. Please also make sure to save your tracking number so that you may track the progress of your package.

Please note, each shipping label provided within the BYLT’s return portal is created with the exact weight for the items in your return request. In the event you have more than one order to return at the same time, your returns must be packaged separately in their original order with their appropriately assigned return label in order to avoid delays, weight violations or lost packages.
FINAL SALE items are “FINAL SALE” and therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that Gift Card purchases are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
You may return your order but please note, BYLT is not responsible for any return shipping, duty or customs fees. International orders are not eligible for exchange requests.
No, you will not be charged a return label fee for exchanges.
