Our warehouse team moves quickly to ship your order, so most orders will ship in 1-2 business days (all orders will ship in 1-5 business days). If you have already received your order’s tracking number, please contact email@example.com, so we can flag your order and start to process your order’s changes. Please note that while we will do our best to catch your order in time to make your requested changes, we cannot guarantee this.
To check on the status of your order, sign into your account here using the email address and password you used at checkout. After your order has shipped, you will receive a unique link to your order’s live status, where you can watch your shipment in real time.
