To start your Exchange or Return request, please visit our Returns + Exchanges page on our site linked below. From here, you will indicate your order number and zip code. You’ll then select the item(s) you wish to send back, and will also have the choice to see options for exchange if you’d like to switch for a different product.
Holiday Extended Return Window - All orders placed between November 1st - December 25th will be eligible for return until January 31st, 2023.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
Exchange Color/Size
- Select the item you want to exchange.
- Click into “Exchange for new color or size”.
- Click into “Exchange for new color or size”.
- Choose your desired color and size.
- Click into the “Continue with return” button.
- Click into the “Continue with return” button.
- Select one of the two exchange options.
- Click into the “Submit return” button.
- Print the provided return label and mail back the original product.
- Your new item(s) will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return back in our warehouse.
- You will receive an email notification with updated tracking once your order is on its way!
Exchange for a different Style
1.) Select the item(s) you want to exchange.
2.) Select the reason for return.
3.) Click into the “Return item” item and then “Continue with return”
4.) You'll Receive a credit for that item to use on the new style you wish to buy by choosing "Shop Now".
5.) Print the provided return label and mail back the original Item(s).
6.) Your new item(s) will be processed within 7 business days of being returned back to our warehouse.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
1.) Select the item(s) you want to return.
2.) Select the reason for return.
3.) Click into “Return item”
4.) Click into “Continue with return”
5.) You will be prompted with your refund options.
6.) Click into “Submit return”
7.) Print the provided return label and mail back the original Item(s).
8.) When we receive your item(s), your refund (apart from any shipping costs) will be processed. Please allow up to 30 days, from the date the items were received by our warehouse, for this to be completed.
9.) Please Note - Original Shipping costs and return fees are not eligible for refund. No exceptions.
