The Rich Somers X BYLT Basics Holiday Shopping Spree (this "Promotion") is sponsored by BYLT Basics, LLC ("BYLT Basics" or "Sponsor") and Somers Capital, LLC ("Somers Capital").
This Promotion is free of charge and is subject to these Official Rules (these "Official Rules") and to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in the United States. Open only to legal U.S. residents (excluding residents of Rhode Island) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, as described further below.

By entering and participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.
1. How to Enter:
During the period beginning at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on Tuesday, November 26th and ending at 9:00 a.m. PT on Thurday, December 5th (the "Promotion Period"), you may enter this Promotion by visiting the BYLT Basics website at https://byltbasics.com/pages/rich-somers-bylt-basics-shopping-spree (the "Website"). By completing and submitting the online entry form during the Promotion Period, your name will automatically be entered into a random drawing for the Grand Prize (as defined below).
By entering, you agree to subscribe to the email and SMS marketing lists for BYLT Basics and Somers Capital.
Alternatively, you may enter by mailing a standard-size postcard with your name, email address, phone number, city, and state to:

Postcard entries must be postmarked and received during the Promotion Period to be included in the random drawing for the Prize.
Limit one (1) entry per eligible person during the Promotion Period. If more than the permitted number of entries are received, only the first entry will be accepted, and additional entries will be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.
Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, or similar entry methods will void all entries. In the event of a dispute, the "authorized account holder" of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
2. Eligibility:
This Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited. Employees (and their immediate families and household members) of BYLT Basics, Somers Capital, their affiliates, and advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible.
3. Privacy:
Sponsor will collect and use personal data about entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://byltbasics.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information for marketing purposes by both BYLT Basics and Somers Capital.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes your agreement to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Somers Capital's marketing practices. Winners also consent to the use of their name, likeness, and other biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
4. Prize:
Subject to compliance with these Official Rules, the one (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
- A $1,000 BYLT Basics Gift Card
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $1,000.
No cash alternatives will be provided, and the Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the Prize.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
Sponsor will select one (1) Grand Prize winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will occur on or around December 6, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry within one (1) day of the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond within two (2) days, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where not prohibited) Publicity Release within two (2) business days of notification to claim their Prize. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
6. General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries or technical errors.
By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless BYLT Basics, Somers Capital, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for claims, losses, or injuries arising from participation or use of the Prize.
7. Governing Law:
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California. By participating, entrants consent to jurisdiction in the federal and state courts of Orange County, California.
