US SHIPPING

BYLT customers get fast, free shipping on all orders over $99. Other orders qualify for our discounted flat rate shipping of $7.00.

Please note that during holiday seasons, order processing will take 2 - 3 business days. Once your items have shipped, they will be delivered from our doorstep to yours between 3-5 business days. For orders over $1,000, a signature will be required upon receipt of delivery. For questions regarding signature requirements, please contact USPS for more information.

Orders are processed and shipped from Texas Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details.

Please note that UPS 2nd Day Air ships Monday through Friday and does not deliver on weekends or holidays. If your order ships out on a Thursday or Friday, please plan for delivery the following Monday or Tuesday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are working on providing Premium Basics to as many people in as many locations as possible. International shipping costs will depend on the country and location of the delivery address and will be determined at check out. BYLT currently offers a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 USD to Canada (Free for orders $200 and up).

NOTE: International shipments are eligible for return only. If you choose to return your order, please email support@byltbasics.com for a Return Authorization form and note that BYLT is not responsible for return postage fees.

NOTE: Customs and Duties may be charged upon delivery. BYLT is not responsible for these.
