To ensure that each piece retains that fresh out-of-the-pack look and feel, please follow the care instructions on the inside label of each garment. For best care, we recommend machine washing cold and following up with hang drying. 

Fabric Wash and Care Instructions:

Our fabrics are made with premium quality fibers that form fit over time with washing. The LUX fabric tailors to a structured and compressed shape strengthened with each wash. For ultimate quality and care, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach and do not iron.

BYLT Blend: 67% Polyester, 28% Cotton, 5% Spandex

Tech Blend: 94% Polyester, 6% Spanex, 100% Polyester fleece-lined inner layer

Performance Blend: 86% Polyester, 14% Spandex

Elite+ Blend: 47% Nylon, 47% Rayon, 6% Spandex

Premium Blend: 70% Cotton, 25% Polyester, 5% Spandex

Shipping and Delivery Details:

BYLT customers get fast, free shipping on all eligible orders over set dollar amounts throughout the year. Other orders qualify for our discounted flat rate shipping of $5.00.

Please note that during holiday seasons, order processing will take 5 - 7 business days. Once your items have shipped, they will be delivered from our doorstep to yours between 2-7 business days.

Expedited Order Delivery Time: Expedited orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days from the ship date. Payment processing time is not included within this shipping estimated delivery window.

Returns and Exchanges Details:

We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your items, we accept an order for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase if your items meet the following criteria: 

1. Items cannot be worn and must be in new and unused condition.
2. Items must not be washed
3. Items must have all original tags attached and intact.

Note - "Items must not be worn" policy applies also to underwear and all active and training shorts due to their interior liners. 

Additional Returns and Exchanges Details: 

Please note, that you may either opt to use your own shipping method to return your items, or you may use our shipping service for a flat package convenience fee of $10. Shipping service for items that are being exchanged is offered at no charge. 

Please note, in the event you have more than one order to process at the same time as any single return, your returns must be package separately in their original order with their appropriately assigned return label.

** FINAL SALE items are final sale and therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange.

** Please note that Gift Card purchases are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
