Preferably, our customer relationship staff will help you find a size or fit you love, at no charge to you. With this new customer program we will fully refund you, or exchange the items to get you a better size.

For your convenience, we’ve taken the risk out of online purchases when it comes to trying out BYLT Basics. Whether it’s the wrong size or just not your color, we’ve created a “BYLT for you” exchange policy that allows you to exchange any item that isn’t right.
All you have to do is email our customer support team and explain to us what you would like to exchange. From there, we will send you a return label for you to return the items that aren’t the right fit or color at no cost to you.
We will then send you your desired size and color so you’re ready to experience comfort and functionality at its finest. We take the modern man’s style and comfort seriously.
We know your order is important and has to be just right. Sometimes things happen, we care about our brand experience, and we'll take care of you! All BYLT orders qualify for our standard return policy. We'll authorize any return for unopened, unworn, items with the original tags or packing up to 30 days from the date your items were delivered to your shipping address. Please note that we'll accept and return any items that are in unworn condition with the hangtags and original packaging. We cannot accept back clothing that has been worn.
To begin your order, contact our customer service. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. In the email, please include your order number and which items you would like to return and confirm they are unworn. A full refund will be sent back to the original payment method within ten days of receiving and verifying the inventory condition. Please note that if we receive previously worn items, a return cannot be processed and the item cannot be shipped back to you.
For a return to be processed, the return shipment must contain a completed Return and Exchange form. Please download that here. byltbasics.com/Return-Exchange-Form. If a return shipment is mailed without a return/exchange form that shipment will not be accepted.
We do not accept unauthorized returns. To avoid issues, before you ship any items back to BYLT we invite you to contact our customer support staff. If any shipment without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) is received are our warehouse or offices a refund cannot be processed and the item(s) cannot be shipped back to you.
