We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of when your order was delivered. We’ll authorize a return for any items that have not been worn and have the original tags intact.
Please note that while we offer return labels for exchanges, return labels will not be provided for refunds.
*Note: All "Get a Free Drop-Cut" purchases are not eligible for return, but you will be able to exchange or receive store credit for any of the purchased items. Please contact our support team firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
To begin your return, you will need to print and complete the Returns & Exchanges form: byltbasics.com/return-exchange-form . If a return shipment is mailed without a return/exchange form, that shipment will not be accepted. Once processed, your refund will be applied to the original payment method within ten days of receiving and verifying the inventory condition. Please note that if we receive damaged or previously worn items, a return cannot be processed and the item cannot be shipped back to you.
We take modern style and comfort seriously, so if the style or fit you ordered isn’t perfect, we want to make it right. Our “BYLT for you” exchange policy allows you to make an exchange completely free within 30 days of when your order was delivered.
All you have to do is email our customer support team, email@example.com, and explain what you would like to exchange. From there, we will send you a return label for you to return the item(s). We will then send you your desired style, so you can experience comfort and functionality at its finest.
