Quality, Style, Fit and Customer Service has changed (Unhappy Long Time Customer)
I am not please with my most recent purchases. A couple of years ago, I purchased 4 of your short sleeve Stripped Ringer Tees and loved the fit. I still where the old style. However, I purchased 3 more about 8 months ago (same size) and the fit was completely different. The sleeves are puffy and not like the well fitting style I purchased years back.
As for the Executive Paints, the fabric feels different and the pants do not fit well in the legs and hips. (the pockets bow out on the sides and I do not like that look). I have started the process for returning them.
Also, I recently ordered Storm colored Everyday Joggers and was informed that they were our of stock. I receive an email stating that I had a gift credit of $111.00; however, when I went to retrieve that credit for a different purchase, the site indicated that there was $0.00 in the account. Then I received a pair of Skyline pants (which I did not order and do not like). My assumption is that you took my store credit and applied them to the Skyline pants. I want to return these pants; however, I do not have an email of their delivery so that I can return them for my money back.
I have been a very loyal customer form nearly 4 years back and am now troubled by the product materials, new styles, different fits and customer service. The number of email sent has made tracking my purchased very difficult.
